TenbaMail is a permission-based platform. Sending unsolicited email is strictly prohibited.
TenbaMail is committed to protecting inboxes and sender reputation. This Anti-Spam Policy applies to everyone who uses the Service and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violating it may result in throttling, suspension or termination of your account. "Spam" means unsolicited bulk or commercial email sent without the recipient's permission.
The policy is designed to keep you compliant with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU/UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. You remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your recipients.
You may only send email to recipients who have given you clear, verifiable permission to contact them at the address used. Acceptable permission includes recipients who:
You must be able to demonstrate the source, date and method of consent for any contact on request.
You must not send to lists that were purchased, rented, traded, scraped or otherwise collected without consent. Sending to such lists is one of the fastest ways to damage deliverability and is strictly forbidden on the Service.
Every message you send must:
You may not use the Service to send content that promotes or involves, among other things: phishing, malware or fraudulent schemes; pornographic or sexually explicit material; illegal goods or services; deceptive "get rich quick" or pyramid schemes; hate speech, harassment or violence; or any content that is unlawful in the recipient's jurisdiction. We may apply additional restrictions to high-risk categories.
Unsubscribe requests must be honored promptly. The Service provides automatic unsubscribe links and suppression lists; you must not remove, disable or obscure them, and you must not contact an address after it has opted out (except where a transactional message is legally permitted).
We continuously monitor bounce rates, spam-complaint rates, spam-trap hits and other signals. To protect all senders on the platform, we may apply sending limits, rate-limiting or domain/IP rotation controls, and we may pause campaigns that exceed acceptable thresholds.
If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, throttle or block sending, remove offending content, suspend or terminate your account, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Repeated or egregious violations will result in permanent termination.
If you received a message sent through TenbaMail that you believe violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]. Include the message headers where possible so we can investigate quickly.
